Are y’all ready for another great Aggie gathering at Fish Fry? We’re excited to welcome our WilCo Aggie Family back for an evening of great food, fellowship, and support for future Aggies.
The 2026 Fish Fry marks the 31st year of the Williamson County A&M Foundation’s scholarship program—what began humbly around a fish fryer and a keg of beer back in 1992, raising just $500 for the very first scholarship.
(this isn’t Aggie math, we missed a few years during covid)
Our Foundation’s mission remains simple:
Help more local students attend our beloved Texas A&M University.
Invite friends, neighbors, and fellow Ags to join us!

Individual meal tickets will be available for purchase, along with personal and business sponsorship opportunities.
Dine-in and Drive-Thru plates are available.
As always we will have your favorite homemade desserts, a cash bar provided by, as well as a silent auction, and several awesome raffle items to win.
