If you’d prefer you are welcome to attend the Howdy Happy Hour and cover the appetizer bill directly with the venue (up to $250). Choosing this option still includes all the same Bonfire Bites sponsor benefits listed above. To sponsor in this way, simply email your logo, tagline, and contact details to GigEm@wcamc.com, and we will reach out by phone to coordinate the details.
2 Online Sponsorship Donation
If you’d prefer to complete your sponsorship online, you can make a $250 donation through our secure payment link below. This option provides a simple, convenient way to support the Howdy Happy Hour while receiving all the standard Bonfire Bites sponsor benefits—social media promotion, inclusion in our email blast to nearly 10,000 local Aggies, and branded signage at the event. Once your donation is submitted, please email your logo, tagline, and any questions to GigEm@wcamc.com so we can finalize your sponsor setup and recognition.
