Are y’all ready? We certainly are! We are so excited to be able to host Fish Fry again and have all of y’all gather together as our Aggie Family should.
2025 will be our 30th Fish Fry of the Williamson County A&M Foundation’s scholarship program that began very humbly around a fish fryer and a keg of beer that raised $500 for the very first scholarship in 1992.
(this isn’t Aggie math, we missed a few years during covid)
Our WilCo A&M Foundation has grown a little since then and only has one goal, to help more local youth to attend our beloved Texas A&M University! So, get ready, invite your friends and neighbors and join us for Fish Fry!
Individual meal tickets will be available for purchase as well as personal and business sponsorship opportunities.
As always we will have your favorite homemade desserts, a cash bar provided by Golden Rule, as well as a silent auction, and several awesome raffle items to win.
Menu:
Fried catfish (the star of the show!), Coleslaw, Pinto Beans, Hush Puppies, Pickles, Onions, other condiments, Tea & Water, and of course Homemade Desserts!
The catfish are battered in a cornmeal mix with the following listed ingredients: Enriched Corn Flour (Corn Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Salt, Spices (Including Red Pepper), Citric Acid, Monosodium Glutamate (Flavor Enhancer), Garlic, Onion & Lemon Juice Concentrate.
