Weekly Event Reminder

Howdy Ags,

Join us Thursday for our Reveille Breakfast starting at 7:00am at Rudy’s BBQ in Round Rock (2400 N IH35).  It’s a great chance to meet and network with other Aggies in the area.

We also want to invite everyone to join us Saturday for our Hullabaloo Huddle at George’s On The Town (708 South IH 35). Kickoff is at 6:00pm this week. So make sure to come out to join us and bring a friend to meet some other local Aggies as we Yell on the Aggies to victory.

And finally, here are a couple reminders from last week’s newsletter events.

Note from Lori Ford – WCAggieMom President

The Turkey Supper Fundraiser is our only fundraiser and it raises $ for Aggie scholarships! 20 of them in all, in addition, we donate $100 to 10-15 campus organizations. if you are unable to attend the event they are looking for volunteers as well….. I included the Volunteer Spot Link. We’re still needing some slots filled. It’s a fun crazy day if anyone wants to work that day too! A bunch of Aggie Mom’s having a blast….. we serve almost 1400 meals. You guys know the drill well with your Fish Fry. Fun events for a great cause! We can always use “Men” as well because there can be heavy lifting we need help with.

We have reserved NXNW on Stonelake in north Austin for the Holiday Party on December 9th, beginning at 6PM. We are happy to announce that we will once again be benefiting Toys for Tots/US Marines at this event. We have a few items for the raffle, however, we need your help in making the raffle a success! For every toy you bring you will receive one raffle ticket for some great prizes. If you or your company would like to be recognized please consider a small gift basket or gift certificate for the event.  Thanks everyone and looking forward to this fun and charitable event!
